1986 Beneteau 41' Sloop “REGGAE” based in the BVI's shared by 9-11 owners @ a month each / Some website scheduling flexibility, including unused time (at no additional cost) / USCG Documented (the boat is considered US territory anywhere she sails) / Annual BVI Temporary Importation Permit (thus negating the need for expensive Cruising Permits) / Annual BVI National Parks Trust Permit (allowing you to use premium diving location mooring balls free of charge) / USC & BP Decal yearly (allowing free Customs clearance into the USA / USVI & Puerto Rico)

Corporate owned / Share issued to each owner, saleable when leaving the group / Totally Democratic Group, no dominating managing partner - 1 vote per share / Dues $175 per month paid quarterly in advance = $2100 annually for a full month + $50 annual scuba tank maintenance fee, if a user / No commercial activity – owner-share holder must be aboard (Cost sharing acceptable) / Insurance Coverage $45K hull & dinghy – $500K liability (Navigational Limits – Entire Caribbean within 250 NM of land, excluding Columbia / Cuba / Haiti)
