Free to good home

Walker Mk III towed sum log, instrumented in miles with all parts.

Surely someone doing up an old wooden boat would like one of these things to add to the charm?

Pay me for the postage/packing/shipping and it's yours.

Del

Hi Del,

I am looking to mount a piece of nautical hardware on a perpetual trophy for boats participating in the Saumlaki rally. If you feel the log is suitable, I will gladly pay the freight to Darwin.

Cheers

David

Lucky winner !!

The big bronze prop - I remember well - losing it to a shark in the Torres Strait.

David,

It could use a scrub over here and there and a touch of paint but the glass is good and the mounting hardware is all there, so it should come up a treat.

The log unit itself is black with chrome mounts, so maybe a nice dark piece of hardwood to mount it on and it'd look fine.

Pass me a postal address to del at babel dot com dot au and I'll get it sent up.

Del
