any advice on what to expect would be much appreciated, please! Leaving Hawaii end of October, eastwards to San Diego

Up until mid October

Sailing on the blue rhumb line will mean light winds more or less on the nose - lots of diesel.

Longer route but reasonable sailing winds - follow the yellow route. (only 360nm longer = 3 days - but save fuel etc)

boat is looking for a good weather router for this passage - any contacts I could pass on?
