Default ICW bridge at mile 69'ish?

Not getting a good weather window to make the long haul outside to get south so started looking at my charts of the ICW... We are currently in new york looking to pop out and back in at mansaquan but looking at the charts I'm seeing a fixed bridge at about mile 69 that is listed as 35ft...

Seems inordinately low and would mean we can't do this section inside...
Anybody know if this is still accurate??
Hard to believe it would be... It's the Atlantic's city expressway...

I think you'd be best to call the bridge operators to find out. The info I have about bridge heights says:

The minimum overhead clearance of the fixed bridges over the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway is 56’ at the Julia Tuttle Causeway Bridge in Miami at mile marker 1087.1.

The minimum clearance of overhead cables crossing the AICW is 68’ in Snows Cut at mile marker 295.8 and an overhead cable car found at mile marker 356.4 having a least clearance of 67’ under the low point of travel of the car.

Sorry not to have additional information on it.

Found this in offshoreblue.com

From Manasquan Inlet to Absecon Inlet the minimum clearances found for overhead cables is 72’ and for fixed bridges 60’. From Absecon Inlet south to the Delaware Bay, the minimum clearance for overhead cables is 55’ and 35’ for fixed bridges. A complete listing of the bridges along the New Jersey Intracoastal Waterway can be found below.

Crazy... Looks like we are going outside for a bit... Should be okay weather I just worry about the kiddo... Last time we went outside he was extremely sea sick poor guy... But then it was 3 to 4 meter waves on the quarter which gets to many... Looks like up to 1 meter outside tomorrow with force 4 westerly.... Should be a perfect run if predictions are right.

Gee, my info doesn't even address those low clearances and yet it is supposed to be for all the ICW...

We've pretty much written off the ICW ever because our mast height is almost 70 ft (um, 69' and 6 or 8 " so that's pretty close to 70') and we just don't fit.
