I need to make two grp waterlocks to replace my ss ones using the same external sizes as off the shelf ones will not fit in the engine room

Does anyone know how they are laid out inside ? Baffles etc...

18 litre and 10 litre ones are needed for main Perkins and Onan generator respectively. Mine are vertical cylinders

Can you give us the external measurements of your PRESENT waterlocks?

Also the diameter of the hose/s that feed the above?
