Default provisions st lucis -granada

i'm taking a boat from st lucia to granada and would like to know if i can get fresh vegetables, bread, cheese etc along the way. we will do initial provisioning in st lucia, and NOT stop in st vincent. any thoughts ??? thanks joe

Vegetables and bread are plentiful at all the towns along the way, everything is locally grown and not to the standards of the US. There are no dairy farms nor processing plants that I know of and refrigeration is spotty at best, but cheese can be found in the larger cities. French islands are your best bet for cheese.
