Default Catamaran renovation project

After 7 years of planning, 5 months ago we finally pulled the trigger on a used 1995 Fountaine Pajot Venezia that needed an extensive renovation/refit. From what we were told, the boat had been sitting in the boat yard for over 2 years - engines needed to be serviced (we weren't even sure one would start), bottom had to be completely striped, and rigging had to be replaced.

If you want to follow along with the continued progress, go to Catchin' Rays

Thanks Haiqu, she's working on it, but sometimes waiting on a wound to heal is like watching grass grow - except wound healing takes longer. Me and my son are scheduled to go back in May and continue the work without her to get things buttoned up a bit before hurricane season hits.
