Hello all -
I grew up sailing a Hobie Cat with the family, and have never really given much thought to trying a Trimaran until now. After a recent scare in capsizing the boat in the ocean and floating aimlessly until the Coastguard could come pick us up, I'm interested in the stability offered by a Trimaran.
I know this is a bit open-ended, but I'd love to hear some feedback from anyone who sails a Trimaran, no matter what kind - and especially anyone who could tell me how the sailing experience compares to a Catamaran. Poking around online I found a couple comparison reviews that were interesting,

but it's only three boats being compared and I still am not getting the Trimaran to Catamaran comparison I'd like.
Either way, any reviews on your Trimaran experience would be much appreciated!
