Looking for a boat to work on in Nov/Dec
Hello,
My name is Jared I am 31 years old and from the States. I am currently on a two year travel "vacation" south through Central and South America. My Main objectives for this trip are to experience the rich culture, meet people, surf and sail. I do have a little sailing experience but I am currently looking for more. My good friend is a captain of a schooner based out of Newport RI. and I have sailed with him before only as a passenger helping hand. I would like to get more time on a sailboat to boost my sea time and learn more about sailing, so I can look for more sailing jobs later in life. I am very outgoing, active and always willing to learn. I take pride in my work and enjoy a challenge. I really want to be part of a crew, if that means I have to cook, clean or do whatever to pull my weight on this journey then I willing to take part. I plan to be in the Panama City area around November and December actively looking there for boats going North or South and possibly returning. I am open to a great experience and any oportunity that awaits.
