Yacht stuck in Tunisian
Hello and thank you for having me in the forum. I don’t have any sailing experience. My father was the sailor and I’m hoping for advice. He past away almost a year ago now. I’m now the owner of his yacht which is harboured in Tunisia of which customs is not releasing. I’m keeping all the insurance and harbour fees paid and have someone looking after it in port but am at a loss as to what to do as can’t seem to get it released to sail or sell (despite doing endless paperwork a new hoop seems to pop up soon as it’s done). Has anyone harboured in Tunisia? I’m hoping for some advice as to how things are done on the ground ?
