- My father bought a sailing ship when i was 12. An Alpa with 33 feet. We sailed all around the mediterranean, the three of us: my father, my brother and me. I learned to do everything on the boat, just as my brother did. Even climbing bare hands on the mast. My father died in 1998 and i kept the ship with my brother. We continued sailing together, just the 2 of us: Tunisia- Sardinia-France, Corsica-Spain, Spain-Corsica ... i don't have a log book, but do have experience. 5 years ago we sold the s
