Default Com-Pac 35

Considering buying a small cruiser (mono) up to 35ft for coastal cruising in the US this year. Intending to ship back back to Aus with Dockwise. Looking at Bob Perry / Charley Morgan designed boats built in the eighties up to Aus$100K. Came across a 93 Com-pac 35 on Yachtworld which looks like a very suitable boat, Charly Morgan Design & Scheel Keel. Dose anybody out there have any infomation or opinions on the construction, history, seaworthiness ect of these vessels. [?]
