There are excellent, though expensive, collasible bladders available from most decent chandleries. Plastimo make some. However, the smallest would normally be about 40 litres (US about 10 gallons). They will not leak and are as tough as they come. Alternatively, visit camping/army surplus stores. They sometimes have bladders and rubberised canvas water bags that may do the trick. The problem with bladders and bags is they have no sort of rigid form and won't stand where you place them on a flat surface. Hope this helps.
