Hobart to Eden or Sydney

I have cruised extensively often with crews who are less experienced however keen to further their knowledge and sea time and to participate in an adventure. I have a capable 40' cruising yacht and am inviting two people to join us from Hobart to Eden or Sydney leaving about 10th March. Some experience is preferred however a quest to learn, participate, and act within a team of 4 is essential. You would need to allow 2 weeks although the trip could be only a week or so.
