Looking to Get to Aruba from FL

Hey guys, I'm looking to go back to the Island that stole my heart. I spent 2 years there before moving back home to the U.S. I am going there with a friend, both of us guys in our 20's very capable and fit to do any deck work as well willing to pitch in and or pay for the space we are taking, please let me know. Looking to leave by September 1st

Hi, picking up a lift from Florida to Aruba would not normally appear difficult, except that not a lot of sailors will want to head into the wind during the hurricane season. It about 1100 miles from Fort Lauderdale to Aruba and, in September, it will generally be 'uphill' all the way.

If you are now in Florida, I recommend contacting local sailing clubs (Google them) and putting your details on notice boards in marine businesses. I wish you well, but reiterate you may have some trouble with a September departure.
