Sailing home from honduras (want to be crew)

I am currently working in honduras and i was hoping to sail home hopefully stopping off at places in the carribean en route.

i have no sailing experience but I am an experienced chef if that helps

basically wondering if anyone knows if anyone needs crew sailing from any port on the carribean in central america (i can make it to yucatan/belize/guatemala/honduras/nicaragua/costa rica easily enough)

I eventually want to make it home to england (anywhere in europe will do) anyone got any advice/know anyone/ also making the trip

I will be available from may onwards
