A yacht's galley is small but they normally have a couple of cooker plates and most cruising yachts have an oven. While we were cruising I was often amazed and humbled at what some cruisers we met in anchorages could produce from their tiny galleys. All the cruisers were more than happy to pass around their recipes and cooking methods and it is this willingness to share that this forum board is made available.
If posting a recipe, please make a New Topic and enter the heading as "My favorite Bread aboard" (or whatever) to make it easy to find the various recipes.
