Here is a nice boat. I have recently done a significant amount of work on the vessel for the owner. The boat is in sail away condition, has brand new batteries ($1600), new anti foul, the topsides have been freshly repainted, it has a new Yanmar 110hp turbo diesel, MaxProp folding prop and is in very good condition. There is also 5kw Northern Lights diesel generator and fully integrated air conditioning. The boat is an FD12 (Designed for personal use by Eva Holman..

To open the following link, you may be asked to open a DropBox account if you don't already have one. This shouldn't be necessary. Merely allow the page to load, then click the 'X' in the top right side of the dialogue box and it should disappear leaving all the photos, a copy of the 2012 survey and associated data.
The boat is very well priced at $115,000. It is currently on the hardstand in Marsh Harbour (Abaco, Bahamas). IT has been used by a professional skipper in the Sea Scout programme and would be welcomed back into that program. This would provide an owner skipper with an income of around $20,000 for 12 weeks of work, sailing teenaged scouts and their leaders around the protected waters of Great Abaco in the Caribbean.
