Boatyards In Central America

Hi all

Could anyone recommend a boatyard in central america, preferably on the carib side, to have topside awlgrip and bottom paint done. This would include throughhulls, bearings, zincs and anything else that shows up when we get the boat out of the water or in transit from La Paz. There is nothing wrong with the hull ( that I am aware of ) it is just time for a face lift and I figured if I can get the work done inexpensively ( notice I did not say cheap ) I would go for the cosmetic full meal deal. Any names or yards, prices per hr that I can expect and recomendations would be a great help. So far I am looking at Rio Dulce comments..........
