Members' Forum Reputations

[Lighthouse]

Give "reputation" points to members who's (individual) posts and topics, you believe are worthy, to build up that member's forum "reputation" points. When a member receives a certain level of "Rep" points their posts will be highlighted on the boards as posts by a highly rated contributor. This is all done anonymously.

G'day bloke. 'Lighthouse' aka Bob(?) For a South Afrikan - you sure do seem like at 10 out-of 10 sort of mate to 'want to have' as a friend - to be sure !! You've touched on a subject with this one, that I'm most interested in. As we are all aware of - there are some of the 'best of the best' contributing people that I've ever come across here in WCSF site & we should ALL be very proud of them all. Including yourself, I have received so much 'real valuable knowledge' (after 64 yrs on the waterfronts of the world) from so many of you all out there that it would take me many books to be able to adequately express my gratitude & thanks. So - what we do here is to 'tick' the 'stars' up in the top-right' hand corner. Is it just that simple?

The "Stars" give a rating for the whole topic. The icons in the bottom R/H corner of individual posts ("green plus" and "red minus" - click on the image in the first post of this topic) concern the reputation of the individual member that has made that particular post. If the post is good, click on the green "plus" icon to give a reputation point to the member.
