Hello, My name is Hila, I'm 29, fantastic cook, I hold a manager of food safety handler's card. (I've owned and operated my own restaurant and worked many festivals preparing, serving, selling different foods. I also have a California boating licence and took a sailing class weekly for a 4 month period a few years back, and though would have to go back over the basics, I pick up quick! I've done a host of different types of jobs from running my own business to bar work, teaching, and farm work. I've learned basic survival skills in a few different land conditions.
