Crew wanted from New Zealand to Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, and Australia

I am looking for female crew to join me cruising from New Zealand to Australia, probably via Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, and ? After Australia, we can discuss to option to continue.
Changing Spots is a Leopard 40 sailing catamaran, hailing from Vancouver, Canada. She is well equipped, in great condition, and proven for full time live aboard cruising. She was new when I moved aboard in Feb 2008.
I am the owner/captain, and usually have one other person aboard. There are no pets aboard (although sometimes I find a gecko - named Art - get it?).
The boat and I are presently in Whangarei, New Zealand, and plan to depart from Opua, NZ, late April, 2013 with a good weather window. After cruising Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, and ???, we should be in Brisbane, Australia by Oct or Nov 2013. for a total of 6 or 7 months in paradise. After that is open to discussion.
Crew is expected to share or assist in all shipboard duties. She is also required to have some basic cruising and sailing experience. A sense of adventure and a good attitude are essential.
Crew is responsible for her travel and personal expenses, while provisioning is shared. The latter cost is dependent on desired lifestyle such as excursions ashore, eating aboard or ashore, and beverage selections.
I am responsible for all costs of running, and maintaining the boat.

My name is Gaoying Vigoa, I live Roseburg Oregon, United States. MY family went to Grenada last February, that inspired my dream of sailing around the world on day. I had been searching online for information about sailing, and came across your ad for crew. I think this will be a perfect chance for me to learn and experience how to sail.

I am Chinese, female, born in 1981. I speak fluent Chinese and English and a little bit Spanish, since my husband is from Cuba. I cook pretty good Chinese food and some Cuban food. I don't have much sailing experience, and had been on only one sail boat in the Union Islands in the Caribbean. But I am a very hard worker, and a fast learner. I built my own sailing kayak, using used sail and mast. I love hiking, kayaking and playing pingpong. I am a good fishing woman too.
