It will be interesting to know what is going on here. The bulk carrier is stopped and making no way so I don't see how it can T-bone the cat. The cat, on the other hand, seems to be making way.

I suppose I will just have to stay my curiosity and await the explination

My guess, it's abandoned, they don't want it to be a hazard to navigation? *Or it's being sunk to act as an artificial reef?
