Nope! In the above instance (on this thread) the photo is loading directly onto your post here - the pic is seen here with no credit and simply using the 3rd party's bandwidth. Posting a link URL to a pic is OK as when clicked, the viewer must leave this site and go to the link. What you have added in the Wiki is OK.
