I've noticed the news about Hainan before. Having lived in Chinese community for couple of years, I personally don't have cravings to see China from a deck of a boat, but it's a great news that cruisers coming to SE Asia can now more easily extend their explorations to a part of the world that has so much to offer culturally and otherwise. And certainly the more cruisers start venturing to China, the easier the whole undertaking will become.
