Boat usage or cruise exchange

I have cruised Mexico, French Polynesia, Hawaii, and British Columbia returning to Santa Barbara, California last year. Previously, and since returning, I have sailed the California coast and coastal islands extensively and also raced sail boats over many years. I would like to cruise and dive some of Indonesia, but do not want to be away from home for the length of time that it would take to sail there and come back home. I own a well-equipped 37-foot Island Packet that is in first-rate condition and comforable for 3 and possibly 4. I am looking for someone with sufficient sailing skills/experience and a similar vessel in comparable condition located in northern Australia or other location within reasonable sailing distance of eastern Indonesia who would like to cruise California and Mexico for a few months on my boat in exchange for similar use of their boat in and about eastern Indonesia. One additional possibility would include a cruise on your boat in eastern Indonesia with you in exchange for a cruise on my boat on the California coast and Mexico with me.
