We have a sailing boat and we would like to register it but QUICKLY, without visitation, because we have to go to an other port. Could You affors a country which gives registration number quick?

Guinea-Bissau is a very good option, you need to apply over the internet and your plates and registration document will be delivered direct from Guinea-Bissau by DHL within a few weeks.
