hi, i'm karina and living temporarily in chicago, but grew up in west africa. i've become obsessed with the idea of sailing and am currently looking to either daysail on a charter somewhere tropical, or hook up with a crew and just keep moving. i could be ready to go almost immediately, so please let me know if you hear of any incredible opportunities for a novice. would love to meet up with any of you and buy you a drink. i make the rounds right now between chicago, glendale, austin and denver.

any women here solo sailing? i'd love to talk to you.

is anyone here from port townsend? i used to haunt that shipyard regularly.

oh, and are there any bars in chicago where the sailing community tends to hang? i need to make some contacts.
