Greetings from the Canadian North. We are a family of four moving aboard a Seawind 1160 in July of this year. We have two children ages 13 (girl) and 10 (boy) and are interested in meeting other families who are living aboard. We will be in the Seattle area for a couple of months; August and September, outfitting and getting ready to head south.

also welcome to another multihuller - The Seawind is certainly a very nice boat to go cruising with as a family.

Your thoughts about other children - This flag may be one amongst others - whatever, a flag like this in an anchorage can only develop friendships :-

Thanks for the reply. We will definitely look for the kids aboard flag and look forward to many new friendships. We have sailed very little on a Seawind but fell in love with it. We can hardly wait to get started! Six more weeks!

A belated "welcome aboard" from me too.

Make yourself at home.
