The Yacht Kim Chow left British Columbia in Sept to circumnavigate East >>> West via southern New Zealand then on to south of Australia, Africa and South America and back home to Canada.

His Website provides a reason to do it - Why do mountaineers choose to climb Everest from the wrong side ?

He covered 130nm in the last 24 hours (0100 hrs UTC 20 Dec) on a broad reach - may be different when he gets to the Great Australian Bite !
