Has anyone any information regarding the CURRENT status of the Vanuatu Vessel Registry, managed and controlled by the Commissioner of Maritime Affairs for the Republic of Vanuatu.
We have had enquiries from a skipper who needs to renew his registration certification. But has had absolutely no response from the Department concerned. One unconfirmed report has it, that the yacht Registry no longer exists. Any definitive information would be welcome (especially from a cruising sailor in Vanuatu)
