Costa Rica, Carribean Coast And Ports

I can find hardly any info for the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. There's "Charlie's Charts" for the Pacific coast, but apparently no info at all for the east side. Are any of the inlets/river mouths along the Carribean cost passable? On Google Earth, it looks like most breakers/bars. Can you get a sailboat inland at Moin? Could you take a sailboat up the canals from Limon area to Tortuguero?? or perhaps down from the river at Barra del Colorado? Can you suggest any references, cruising guides, etc for this area?
