Crime and Cruising 2008, viewed from the Rio Dulce
A fantastic blog post about the "other" side of cruising in
Guatemala. This is one of the best blog posts that I have ever read - it is very long and excellently written. If you are planning a visit to Guatemala, set aside 30 minutes in your life to read this report by the folks on the cruising yacht "Indigo Moon". Then, set aside the rest of the day to enjoy the rest of their blog (see "Captain's Log").
