Has anyone a copy of the OWNERS OPERATING manual for the Yanmar 4JH2E ???

I have the Service Manual and the Text Data PDF for this model. A member needs an OPs manual - preferable in PDF format.

Richard

Hello Jeff again,

It looks like you need another address other the hotmail - try gmail as the latest has also bounced. It went off ok and in fact the copy that I sent myself arrived, no problem .

Hi Jeff - NOW Sent to your new GMAIL address.

However,

Sent again at 1129 gmt - it went off ok - if it is not delivered , then maybe the problem lies with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) check with whoever they be

Hi Richard, Alan, et al,

I tried contacting Jim Fortuna about the 4JH2E manual, but he no longer had it. If anyone could send it to me I'd greatly appreciate it.

My prop fouled a heavy line and two of the motor mounts were damaged and I need to figure out the process for replacement, among all the other bits in the manual.

Thanks,

Ryan

Hello Ryan,

The Manual sent to your Gmail address at 1920hrs your time as a zipped pdf.

Please advise that it arrived intact..

When you sort out the mountings, take care to get the gearbox to shaft coupling aligned - 3 thousands of an inch is the max gap vertically and horizontally.

Also check that the shaft and cutlass are ok.

All the best

Richard

Herve,

Bon Chance

Richard

Good news, the 450 page compressed Service Manual arrived safely in Herve's new Gmail 'Inmail's Box.

Now the work starts on the engine's turbo charger.

Greetings,

Presume you are Colin and Sandy ?

Before I attempt sending the Service manual, please confirm that your ISP will allow the transmission of this very large document. If not, get yourselves a gmail address.

Richard

Hello All,

Hi Richard

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. We are currently setting up to head off to the Canary Islands from Portimao in Portugal so everything has been a little hectic. Now we are pretty much ready just waiting for the right weather window. We can receive up to 20Mb by email on the given address. Thankyou for checking that out with us.

regards

Colin
