what are the survices most hard to come by in asian or south american ports.

That's way too broad a question. You can get just about anything, service or materials, in some places in Venezuela, nothing in others. Ecuador is difficult, near impossible, at least as we found it. If you know somebody in the upper class with a boat, I believe that it becomes easy.

Asia, pretty much the same.
