That personal insight, very useful ! Liked the comment re beer storage !

Obviously the boat that I am reporting on, may not be loaded with a full cruising payload and therefore is consistently making 165nm/days. On the other hand, it may be carrying a catfull of spares and goodies for the owner's other boats.

Maybe in Miami in Feb - if its not sold.

Today 30th Sept it has only 400nm to be in Annapolis - which means it only has to average 50nm/day to be there on time.

At Present "rate of knots" excuse cliche !! should arrive in Annapolis Saturday - 3rd of October !!

The New designed 'Baby' of the Leopard fleet (the Leopard 38) arrived safely at Bert Jabin's Marina 38d 57' N x 76d 28' W Annapolis - at 0800 (GMT-4) 3rd. October 2009.

Some 43 days after leaving Walvis Bay - Southern Africa - some going!!

Well Sailed !
