Our Dilemma,

Until we can sail full time [ 2-3 years ] My Lady and I both have to come back to Massachusetts to work from April thru At least October / November. Then we would like to be sailing from November thru March to the BVI at least

Our thought is to either keep the boat [40 ft Catamaran ] in the Bahamas or sail/motor up to Hudson NY

[1 hr. away from us ] and keep the boat at a small Marina there . But the travel to get here and then back to the Caribbean would probably be too much.

My question Ė Can anyone recommend marinas in the Exumas or Abacos that are secure and comparatively inexpensive. I would think Bermuda would be too expensive. Florida also

Or can anyone suggest an alternate plan.

Thanks for any help.

I remain in the Berkshires

St. Augustine boatyard, and Ft. Pierce both have storage for cats if you can't find anything in the Bahamas.
